CHESTER
A £100 million mixed-use multi-site regeneration representing one of the city’s most ambitious new-build projects. The scheme comprises offices, retail stores and residential apartments across a number of connecting sites extending to over 5.5 acres on Chester’s inner ring road.

ASTON LANE
BIRMINGHAM
Following site assembly, planning permission was obtained for a 65,000 sq ft food store with associated parking for customers. Thereafter, the site was sold to Tesco, owner-occupiers of a successful store.

AUTOZONE
CHESTER
A £10 million redevelopment of the City’s former Cattle Market. The 7 acre site is being redeveloped to create high quality car showrooms and associated trade counter accommodation.
